I am new to investing in stocks. I have Roth IRA?s and 401K?s from work. I want to take a few hundreds and play with the stock market that iI set up with USAA. I looked at Borders (BGP) which is at a lltime low at .39. They might be filing Chapter 11. Is this worth the risk?
Any good stock tips that I can buy for $1 ish.
