A poll released today shows former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum holds a lead in Michigan over former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney in the Republican presidential nomination race.
The Public Policy Polling results show with some certainty that as far as GOP voters in Michigan are concerned, Santorum has personal popularity on his side, and the drop in popularity for Newt Gingrich as a further assist.
